Transparent Solutions was founded on the belief that honesty, paired with action, has the power to transform digital experiences.
After years of working in the e-commerce and digital space for industry-leading brands like Fenty Beauty, Ole Henriksen, and MeUndies, our founder developed a strong understanding of what makes an online store not just functional, but memorable. In 2025, just one month into a new corporate role, she was unexpectedly laid off.
Rather than let that moment define her, she used it as a turning point. In July 2025, she launched Transparent Solutions, a UI/UX consulting and Shopify development agency built specifically for Shopify-powered e-commerce brands. Her goal was simple: help online retailers improve user experience, elevate user sentiment, and increase conversion rates through clarity, empathy, and intentional design.
Today, Transparent Solutions helps brands identify areas for growth across their customer journey—improving site navigation, mobile design, page speed, and overall functionality. The result is an online store that looks beautiful, performs seamlessly, and feels effortless for the customer.
